Karchem Properties has leased 100 percent of 1717 Rhode Island Avenue, NW. The lead tenant is Heller Ehrman, LLP, which leased 83,000 RSF on 5 floors. Revolution and Exclusive Resorts leased 40,000 RSF on 3 floors.

901 F Street Venture LLC sold the Gallup Building at 901 F Street, NW.
901 F Street Venture LLC sold the Gallup Building at 901 F Street, NW to New York Avenue Property Inc. for $56 million, or $493 per square foot.  Karchem Properties developed the award winning building which was delivered in 2000.
