The Zenith is a ground up development of a 21-story luxury apartment building located at the prominent corner of W. Pratt and S. Paca streets in downtown Baltimore, overlooking Camden Yards. The building features 191 luxury units that range from 600 SF studios to 800 SF one bedroom apartments, culminating with two-story, 1,500 SF penthouse units on the top floors. A two-story entrance canopy will greet residents and guests to a 24-hour full service concierge desk. Spacious corner balconies are featured on the intersection of Pratt and Paca streets. The twentieth floor roof terrace is the highlight of the penthouse units. The building also contains a 233-space parking garage, business center, and fitness room and party room which are both adjacent to a large roof terrace on the seventh floor.
